Our goal is to achieve the highest level of quality in our products through uncompromising focus on quality. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. We adhere to strict quality assurance plans to the products conforming to domestic and international industry standards.

We follow a rigorous process to control production and quality in our workshops. A detailed job card is prepared for each job to be done with clear instructions and drawing for workers. A route sheet follows the job along its way through the productions. In-process quality Assurance inspector reviews the quality of jobs before handing over to Galvanizing. After Galvanizing, inspection is done again to check for the quality of galvanizing.

We maintain a testing laboratory with all the modern testing tools. All the mechanical, chemical, and visual tests required as per the client requirement and also quality Assurance plans are conducted in house.

Basic norms of tower industry like maintaining End/Edge security , proper identification and handling of rejected material, storing of scrap and wastages are adhered to. We also ensure that the finished goods can be traced back to their raw material source.

To ensure the safety and productivity of your workers, we display quality and productivity slogans all across our facilities. Our workers and supervisors are required to follow strict safety norms like wearing of helmets, safety gloves and shoes. We are continuously training our employees on safety and productivity issues.

Quality is also built into our dispatch department. We have skilled people who short and handle the items to ensure easy loading and unloading of materials. The main focus areas of our dispatch team is to ensure that minimum shortages caused at site. This ensures that the timely erection of these towers at site is not compromised.

Our People

Chekuri construction Pvt ltd. is run by the people who have vast experience in the field of manufacturing of transmission line towers and substation structures. In addition to this, we have people who have experience in the constructions companies of transmission line tower and distribution works. This gives us the advantages of understanding this business from the customer's point of view.

We want to Make transmission line towers, substation structure’s , R.E material, Solar Structures and railway structure’s with the utmost quality and deliver them to our clients on time.

Disposal System For Rejected Materials

To identify and analyze the problems arising at any stage in the process (of Fabrication /Galvanizing) an initiative of corrective action is taken at our end

• If the fault is found due to material defect, it is declared rejected with a proper rejection memo and also colored by Red Paint as an identification,
• If the faults are found minor and the repairing norms are acceptable as per IS/Contract Agreement then it is rectified/repaired followed by re-inspection to clear for further processing,
• For major fault during operation, usually it goes beyond the permissible acceptable norms and it is declared Faulty. Identification Tag (of Red color ) is used for rejected material.

Thus the rejected materials is taken out from the regular system, stored in scrap bin and disposed after a certain period.

System Of Job Card & Route Card In Fabrication

To maintain sequence of processes required for product to meet customer requirement the job card /route card are generated.

Job card emphasizes all information regarding process and route card keeps the record about the specified process from starting till end.

Route card moves along with the specified lot which will be ultimately inspected by Q.C. Inspector to ensure the completion of the product as per the Drawing.

The responsibility of implementation lies with related H.O.D. and his team ( Production Supervisor & Process Inspector).
